Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 2026
Welcome to FightingOnion Technologies. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or utilizing our client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
FightingOnion Technologies builds and manages private AI systems, cybersecurity solutions, and custom software development. The specific scope, deliverables, and performance metrics are defined in the chosen service package or custom statement of work.
2. Subscription Terms and Recurring Billing
Many of our AI and infrastructure services are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually). By selecting a subscription package, you agree to the following billing terms:
- Recurring Payments: You authorize us to automatically charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Setup Fees: A one-time $550 setup fee applies to standard packages and services unless otherwise stated. Special offers and promotions are exempt.
- Overage Charges: Certain plans include usage limits (e.g., voice minutes). Usage exceeding these limits will be billed at the transparent overage rate specified in your plan.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your client portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Client Responsibilities
To effectively deploy your AI systems, you agree to provide timely access to necessary operational knowledge, process documentation, and required third-party system permissions. Delays in providing required information may impact the deployment timeline.
4. Intellectual Property
FightingOnion Technologies retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying AI engines, proprietary software, and methodologies used to deliver our services. The custom knowledge base, client data, and finalized digital assets (such as a delivered website) remain the property of the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we engineer our AI and cybersecurity solutions to perform reliably and securely, no system is entirely infallible. FightingOnion Technologies shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.
Note: These terms outline our operational agreement. They do not constitute formal legal counsel.
